Die, Fluffy Wuffy, Die!
NOT MEANT TO BE TAKEN LITERALLY! If this blog is anything it's sit-down comedy. I don't break news stories. I rant, growl, quack on and joke about them. If you can't see where this blog is coming from you're an utter peckerhead.

Alan Carpenter embodies, endorses stupidity

posted Wednesday, 9 May 2007

Labor heavies love to denigrate John Howard for being too damn smart.  The latest to do so is Alan Carpenter -- he of the never clever -- in his criticism of the Budget:

I love this bit, which makes him sound like such a sheltered simpleton (hardly surprising, since he is):  "He's offered my mum and dad $500 each to vote for him and I don't think it will succeed."

He's not sure.  Ha!

What's revealing is the accusation and the characterisation:  Carpenter thinks it's "clever" to "bribe" someone.  Eh?  He probably thinks that whoopie cushions are sophisticated.

That's a truly primitive mind you got there, Al!  Well, good to know you're among equals
